Each framed crest carries the ship's name below the crown and in the top scroll. If the ship has a known motto this will be entered in the lower scroll, if there is no motto then 'Royal Navy' will be substituted. Submarine crests additionaly have the Submariners 'Dolphins')
Each framed crest measures approximately 8.5" x 10.5" (205mm x255mm)
